We respect your privacy and your right to manage your personal data. If you would like to delete your account and all associated data from our Caleon app, please follow the steps below:
Option 1: Delete Through the App (Recommended)
The quickest and easiest way to delete your account is directly within the app:
- Open the app and log into your account.
- Navigate to Settings.
- Navigate to Profile.
- Select Delete Account and confirm your decision.
Note that you will be prompted to sign in again if you have not signed in recently.
Your account and associated data (such as your profile information, saved reflection prompts, completed reflection prompts, and favorite reflection themes) will be permanently deleted.
Option 2: Email Request (Alternative)
If you’re unable to delete your account through the app, you can email your deletion request to:
For security reasons, please ensure your deletion request is sent from the email address registered to your account. We will reply to confirm your request and require your explicit confirmation before proceeding.
Processing Time
We aim to process account deletion requests within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account and data have been successfully deleted.
Important Information
- Once your account is deleted, your personal information and associated data (e.g., saved reflection prompts, completed reflections, favorites) are permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
- We use third-party analytics and logging tools (Mixpanel and Sentry) for app improvement and troubleshooting. These services may retain certain data as described in their respective privacy policies, even after your account deletion.
